Bangladesh retained its SAFF Women's Championship title by defeating host Nepal 2-1 in a thrilling final at Dasarath Stadium, Tripureswar. 

After a goalless first half, Bangladesh took the lead in the 52nd minute with a goal by Monica Chakma. Nepal equalized four minutes later with Amisha Karki's goal, but Ritu Porna Chokma secured the win for Bangladesh in the 81st minute.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli presented the trophy and medals to the winners and runner-up, with high-profile dignitaries attending the packed stadium. This marks Nepal's sixth loss in the final, while Bangladesh celebrated its second consecutive SAFF title.
