Kailali – Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has pledged full educational support for two schoolgirls from Bhajani Municipality in the Kailali district.

The beneficiaries, Nindu Raji, a Grade 3 student from a marginalized community, and Anisha Tharuni, a Grade 10 student from a martyr's family, both study at Karmeshwor Secondary School in Bhajani-5.

According to Dahal’s private secretariat, he has assumed full guardianship of the girls, committing to their education and overall development. "We will work to ensure a brighter future for them," Dahal said, adding that his party’s commitment to social justice and equality remains steadfast. “The agenda of social justice and equality, which our party has long championed, continues to be deeply relevant,” he stated.

The move has been widely welcomed by the local community as a gesture of leadership accountability and social inclusion.
